New patient questions
- Are you accepting new patients in Mississauga?
- Yes. Our family practice is accepting new patients of every age, from newborns to seniors. Complete the online registration form and our team will contact you to book your first appointment.
- Do I need OHIP to register for a family doctor?
- A valid OHIP card covers your visits. If you are uninsured or between coverage, you are still welcome — we will explain any fees before your appointment.
- How long does it take to be accepted?
- Most patients hear back within a few business days of submitting the registration form. Your first visit is a longer appointment so your physician can review your full history.
- Can my whole family register together?
- Yes. Families can register together and be cared for by the same clinic team, which keeps immunizations, screening and medications in one chart.
- Can I use the walk-in clinic while I wait?
- Absolutely. Our walk-in clinic sees patients without an appointment during open hours, so you never have to wait for care while your registration is processed.
